By engaging Broadhut Studio Ltd ("we", "us") for any services, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.
2. Services
We provide web design, development, branding, motion, SEO, digital strategy, and enterprise engineering implementation. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in individual proposals agreed in writing.
3. Payment
A 50% deposit is required before work commences. The balance is due on completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices unpaid after 30 days attract 2% monthly late fees.
4. Intellectual Property
On receipt of final payment, full ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions
Each phase includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at our current day rate, agreed in advance.
6. Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed total fees paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
