How We Work
Discovery to DeliveryEvery project starts by understanding the problem before deciding on the solution. Whether we're developing a brand and website or improving the systems that run your business, we work through clear stages, agree on what happens next, and keep you involved throughout. The process adapts to the problem, but the principle stays the same: understand first, design deliberately, build carefully, and keep improving.
1
Discovery & Brief
We start by understanding your goals, users, constraints, and the problem you're trying to solve. For enterprise engineering and business systems, that means mapping your current workflows, approvals, data, and where things break down.
We turn what we learn into a clear brief, scope, and plan.
Week 1
2
Strategy & Architecture
We define what needs to change and how it should work.
For digital experiences, this may mean information architecture, content strategy, and brand positioning. For enterprise engineering, it means process mapping, systems architecture, integrations, roles, and workflows.
Nothing gets built until the important decisions are clear.
Week 2
3
Design & Prototype
We make the solution tangible before committing to the full build.
That could mean wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes for a digital product, or working screens, workflows, and system prototypes for business operations.
You see how it works before we build everything.
Weeks 3–5
4
Build & Test
We turn the approved solution into a working system.
That might mean development, integrations, and QA for a digital product, or configuration, data migration, automation, and workflow testing for a business system.
We test against scenarios from daily work, not just specifications.

5
Launch & Handover
We don't consider the work finished when it goes live.
We manage the transition, train the people using the system, document what has been built, and provide post-launch support. From there, we continue improving the system as the business and its needs change.
