UX Overhaul
B2B SaaS · UI/UX DesignThe brief
A B2B SaaS platform was losing new users during onboarding. People signed up, but many left before reaching the parts of the product that make it useful. The goal was to reduce that drop-off.
How we approached it
1
Find where and why
We reviewed the existing onboarding flow and the points where users left, and used usability testing to understand what was confusing or unnecessary.
2
Cut and clarify
We mapped the flow end to end, removed or deferred steps that didn’t help a new user reach a first useful result, and rewrote instructions in plain language.
3
Redesign and test
We redesigned the remaining screens from a consistent set of components, and tested prototypes with users before development began.
