Process Mapping & Systems Roadmap
Mid-sized business · Enterprise EngineeringThe brief
A mid-sized business had grown on spreadsheets and a handful of disconnected tools. Leadership knew things were breaking but couldn’t say what to fix first. The goal was a clear picture of how work moved, and an ordered plan for what to change.
How we approached it
1
Map how work moves
We sat with the people who do the work and mapped each key process as it runs.
2
Take stock of the systems
We listed every tool and spreadsheet, who used it, and what depended on it.
3
Prioritise
We ranked the problems by what they cost the business and how hard they were to fix.
4
Deliver a roadmap
We produced a sequenced plan for what to build, connect, or replace, with reasons for each step.
What we delivered
